To celebrate 38 years of the Phoenix and Taipei Sister Cities relationship, the official grand opening ceremony for the Taiwan Art Exhibition was held in City Hall. With the help of the City of Phoenix Office of Arts and Culture, the ceremony featured five famous Taiwan artists, their work and live art demonstrations.
